The rooms are exceptionally clean and airy here with good facilities as well as bath.

The room I stayed in was newly remodelled and huge with a settee, sofa and large bathroom. The staff were very nice, helped with any issues. The location was great, in a classic old village pub.

The rooms were extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained with great views and fab cereals and fruit.

The rooms here were recently remodeled, spacious, and came with a bar, bathtub, and a cozy couch – the food was exceptional.

Comfortable stay, as always. Comfortable and brilliant venue. - Lovely building and rooms with large bathroom. - A great selection of facilities such as central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a work desk. 

The staff were all amicable. The breakfast was superb with the chef himself and toast.Its location was fantastic, right by the local river, centre of village and The Plough at holm.

The twin room was really comfortable, especially with the spacious bathroom, central heating, iron with ironing board, and television.

The setting here is just amazing! 🌄 The food is pretty good too. The rooms are spacious and really nice, especially the bar and bathroom.

Perfect and magnificent location, fairly nice area, very close to a market town. Fine building and rooms with beautiful decoration. Cereals and fruit for breakfast at 8:15am.

The breakfast with yogurt and the chef himself, for instance was very good, had so much to choose from. The hotel had indeed a good location on a 62 mile hike. Moreover, it was 3 km from Green Humbleton.  

The hotel's staff are superbly friendly. Good setting, it's near centre of village as well as the local river.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious with a nice bathroom, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning.

We both appreciated it, the place is brilliant and absolutely charming and suited fine.

The location of this place is fantastic, right in the heart of the village.
